I will be posting like a madman for the next few days so stay tuned. The events will be in no particular order as I am trying to make up for my crazy shooting schedule. Hold on for the ride.

Berry College's Frost Chapel is such a great chapel. Jessica & Andy were so much fun to work with.
Jessica was beautiful.

Here's a cool window light shot of her.

Look at the beautiful flowers. I love the selective color black & white.

Not to be out done, the guys were looking really buff. This is a fun shot.

A great image of Andy.

After the ceremony we captured these images.

A little different image here.....a cross-process effect. I like it a lot !!!

The candle didn't last long.

It also makes a great pillow.

In this photo Addyson is...
1. Wondering what is on her hands.
2. Surprised that Mom & Dad let her make a big mess.
3. Lovin' that sugar buzz.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY to a precious little angel.

Back to Grand Oaks..........YES !!!
I LOVE Grand Oaks. Located in Cartersville Georgia, it is one of my favorite places for weddings.

Here is the beautiful Kendra in one of the upstairs bedrooms.

I'm sure it took forever to lace her up but I love the detail.

Here's a fun shot of the girls. You can talk some people into
doing almost anything. Just kidding.....I love this shot.

Here is Kendall looking very dapper in his tux.

Even the guys were a lot of fun.

The beautiful private ceremony in the back of the house.

After the I Do's, we snuck away and captured these great images.

Apparently this is going to be a "House Divided".

What a fun couple !!! What a beautiful place for a wedding.
Did I mention that I love Grand Oaks?

It seems to come quicker every year. This year send out the one Christmas or holiday card that will never get thrown away. Have your favorite image made into a portrait greeting card. Our standard cards are 4"x8" with your choice of greeting and a line for custom text.

Here are a few greetings to choose from. We can also make a totally custom card with a drawing, your logo and custom greeting. Please contact the studio for more information.

What a GREAT idea this is. It is nothing unusual for us to make portrait greeting cards of engagement portraits. This year there has been a huge request for cards to remind family and friends of the couple's upcoming wedding. Save the date, they call it. If you send it out at Christmas, it's like twice as nice. Look how great Heather and Ken look.

I REALLY like Black & White images, especially of children. This classic look will never go out of style. Mary Jane was such a trooper during her session. The results are priceless. These are images she will be proud to share with her children.

Have you ever gotten a really cute Christmas portrait of your child? Did you take it off the wall after Christmas? Many people do. Cheesy backgrounds or Santa photos looks great until about Easter. This year get a timeless portrait of your child. A portrait that you will be proud to hang on your wall year round. Classic tapestry backgrounds, classic clothing and select antique pieces make a truly timeless image.

If you are looking for something truly unique, look at these.

Our Watercolor Greeting Cards are a folded card made of artist's watercolor paper. This gives the image a soft slightly impressionistic look. The cards come with matching watercolor envelopes and can be imprinted inside. Of course you can always hand-write a message for a more personal touch. Each is a little work of art. Many of my clients say their family and friends mat and frame these after the holidays. Why didn't I think of that?

What do you get when you have a perfect day at Barnsley Gardens & Resort and a good-looking fun couple? Take a look.
Now take a look at their engagement video !!!!!!
GardaEngagement.mov

We had presentations from some very talented and giving photographers. We also had fun photo shoots all around Chattanooga. It was funny to see all the commuter's expressions. I guess it is not every day that 100 people with cameras invade your city and take photos of everything that moves. Being one of the new kids, I was being stalked by everyone. Here is one decent shot of me taken by Matt Antonino. He and his wife drove all the way from New York to hang out with us.
